Year 11 Physics students recently attended the Girls in Physics Breakfast at the William Angliss Institute, where they took part in roundtable discussions on future study and career opportunities with women who currently have a successful STEM career. The University of Melbourne's Head of Astrophysics, Professor Rachel Webster, also presented her lifelong research, Black Holes: A Window to Another Universe, and emphasised on the importance of women continuing to make impactful contributions in the Science and Engineering fields.
